With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve built my career around one principle: projects succeed when the right people, planning, and accountability are in place from the beginning.
My experience spans construction operations, project management, subcontractor coordination, estimating, contract negotiations, budgeting, scheduling, business development, and executive leadership. As a construction business owner, I understand projects from both the field and management perspectives—and I understand the importance of protecting the owner’s budget, schedule, and overall vision.
I founded Keystone PM/CM to bring that real-world construction experience directly to owners and project teams. Our approach is practical and hands-on. We identify challenges early, hold teams accountable, maintain clear communication, and help keep projects moving from preconstruction through closeout.
Having spent decades working with general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and industry partners, I understand how each side of a construction project operates. That perspective allows me to anticipate problems, facilitate solutions, and represent our clients with confidence.
